We had an extraordinary stay at this hotel. the elite service and luxurious amenities fulfilled our every need. the staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Our room was spacious, clean, and featured exclusive advantages that made us feel pampered. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. the bar/lounge area and poolside snack bar offered refreshing drinks and delicious snacks. The location advantages of this hotel were also notable, situated in a prime area with stunning views. Cons: We experienced a minor issue with the elevator being slow, but this was insignificant compared to the exceptional service and amenities offered at this hotel.

I liked that it was clean and gorgeous, the staff were exceptional and rooms were non-smoking. Its location was central, an easy walk to a healthcare organization. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was amazing.

As youngsters, we had a blast at Tower Club! The suite on the 55th floor was incredible, with access to the Tower Lounge. The breakfast buffet was a food lover's dream, offering a wide variety of options from pancakes to sushi. The staff were friendly and the pool and facilities were excellent. The view from our room was absolutely fantastic. We even received helpful recommendations from a staff member who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.
We felt so comfortable during our stay at Tower Club that nothing was too much trouble.

Thanks to BRILLIANT staff the entire hotel was clean. Suite was gorgeous, everything was excellent. Lots of food for breakfast including cheese, pastries, yoghourt, fruit and eggs.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by all the main attractions. Plus, the views from the top floors were amazing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel - the view was amazing and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, with many options to choose from. the location of this hotel was perfect - it was right in the centre of the city and close to many transportation options.

The hotel's location by the riverside is breathtaking, with spectacular views from the suites' sitting areas. The nearest skytrain station is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the bustling neighborhood. The breakfast is phenomenal with numerous delicious options. Guests can enjoy the pleasant aperitifs and snacks in the lounge area. The staff is extremely polite and professional, offering perfect services with frequent room cleaning.
The hotel does not allow professional cameras for taking pictures, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

The view from the 52nd-floor restaurant was nice and the pool area was a great place to unwind. Even though the prices were high, the experience was worth it. I highly recommend this 5-star hotel.
